Southwest Referrals Anti-Spam Rules

• Email messages sent through your Southwest Referrals Listserv account may not be messages sent on behalf of third parties

• You may not resell your Southwest Referrals Listserv account access or give access to third parties

• Your Southwest Referrals Listserv email address lists cannot include purchased addresses from email address procurers or data-mining firms

• Your Southwest Referrals Listserv Email email address lists cannot contain more than 10,000 names

• Email content that is pornographic in nature is prohibited

• All emails must have unsubscribe instructions (will be automatically included in your Southwest Referrals setup)

• Unsubscribe requests must be honored immediately

Requirements for your emails:

• Do not send broadcast email to your list more than once a week

• Make sure each your email messages are not simply a repeat of previous emails

• Honor your recipients' privacy
